According to sleep experts, sleeping on your back offers the most health benefits, particularly for the protection and alignment of your spine.

Jane lived with chronic pain in her lower back for a few years. The pain was bearable, but not long before she came to getback, it started getting worse.

‘I couldn’t stand for very long because of pain around the arch of my lower back,’ Jane explains.

Unfortunately, it also meant that she couldn’t recover from the daily pain and stress with a restful sleep.
