Nathan Dulics

Position: Exercise Physiologist
Location: St Kilda

Nathan initially studied a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) out of a passion for exercise and human movement. Driven by his passion for sport, Nathan worked as a Sports Trainer which built his knowledge of exercise-based rehabilitation. He developed a keen interest in sports performance and transitioned to Strength and Conditioning Coaching.

Nathan has worked for multiple organisations across multiple sporting codes in performance enhancement and rehabilitation roles, most notably at VFL/VFLW Casey Demons Football Club. He is currently Strength and Conditioning Coach at Old Melburnians Football Club.

Nathan’s passion for exercise prescription led to continued study, completing a Master of Clinical Exercise and Rehabilitation at Victoria University. He is now an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) from Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA).

Nathan believes in the power of exercise for health and wellbeing. He has experience working across various chronic neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic and mental health conditions including stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), high-blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety and obesity.

Outside of the clinic, Nathan trains and competes as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, enjoys surfing, skateboarding, listening to a wide range of music genres and consuming science-fiction/fantasy art forms through novels, movies and miniatures.
